COMMUNITY SPORTS LEADERS AWARD
CSLA award helps participants to develop vital skills for life and to make real and lasting differences to their communities. By teaching people to organise and plan, to motivate others, communicate effectively and work in a team, the award can be a stepping stone to employment, further education and volunteering in the community. Its whole purpose is to produce responsible, motivated and confident people who can lead safe, purposeful and enjoyable sporting and recreational activities.
